Ellen Mickiewicz, Ph.D., holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and a doctorate from Yale University. She has been the Visiting Chair at Harvard University’s Kennedy School, Visiting Lecturer at Moscow University of International Relations, and Lecturer at Al-Farabi University in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She has written over a dozen books, 30+ peer-reviewed articles, and has been a regular guest on PBS Newshour and CBS, among other news. She was on the Commission on Media and Democracy.
