Abdelmageed Hamdy Abdelmageed Amer is a senior editor at Al-Raya Qatari newspaper in Doha and has covered health and health lifestyle issues in Qatar since 2013. He was previously chief deputy of Al-Masaa daily newspaper’s news desk in Egypt from 2001 to 2012 where he covered the Egyptian foreign ministry, foreign affairs in Cairo, and the presidential palace in Egypt. He is fluent in English and in Arabic and has a license for translation.
